There is a vehicle going around in different apartment lots spying on residents, he is not a visitor since we approached him and he basically fled, maybe he is stalking or something else He is a Bald head white male non resident going into parking lot with grey 4 door nissan maxima probably 2008 with the last plate 3 digits of 8 and the license plate doesnt show current, so its probably something going on, maybe scoping out cars to steal or other, the car also has a disabilty card on the mirror this time, since last time there was none and its probably to fool people, but no he is not a resident from the three places we have seen him when we go to those places for services being done. Then the car drove around and then took off followed a neighbor and then we followed him as he went north on 5 fwy followed him to where he stopped at. Pictures will be posted he maybe looking to steal vehicles catalytic converters at night or break into places since that is a trend now and maybe that is what he is after, his car doesnt have any parking permit stickers. If you SEE HIM AT YOUR APARTMENT COMPLEX call your security to find out what this pos is doing there since he isnt a resident and maybe stalking somebody at your complex since he doesn't live there and several residents also were concerned about him being a thief. Non resident cars are not allowed to be parked inside either and its posted at every complex. Watch out for your children or family and friends be aware of your surroundings
