I need help with my 2015 Genuine Hooligan 170cc scooter. - The rear tire is flat and the wheel is probably ruined; I have a new wheel and tire, but I’ve been unable to get the old one off to change it out. - It’s been sitting in the garage for over a year, so I would like for someone who knows what they’re doing to have a look at it, give it a tuneup and oil change, just check everything out.
