Hedgehog Holdings, LLC a property management and development company specializing in historic preservation of commercial properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain historic properties in Hillsborough and Burlington NC. This position requires experience in building maintenance. Tasks include carpentry, painting, plumbing, light electrical, assisting with sprinkler inspections, and HVAC equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will need to be a reliable hard worker who can work independently. This person also needs to have good people skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of people. WAGE AND BENEFITS Full-time $20-$25 an hour depending on experience. Excellent medical and dental insurance. Employer Matching Retirement. Child-care reimbursement credit.
