Large Concrete Slab Needed w/ permit!!!!

I have a property that needs excavating 1st and then a Large area with a 30' ft x 40' ft slab of Concrete installed. Must be able to pull permit before start!! Must have experience in pouring cement in large areas. Must have all tools and on excavator to level land. Please give labor and material bid for 30' ft x 40' ft slab. Include all materials...we don't even want to have to buy at tarp/ wheel barrel, just add it to the bid please. Area in photo where you see blue, and grass area.
