FULL TIME groundskeeping/maintenance tech position for an apartment community in Trenton.  Duties include but are not limited to: • Groundskeeping… weed whipping, weeding, trim shrubs. • Pickup grounds daily. • Turning vacant units. Cleaning the unit, including walls, ceilings, cabinets, appliances, bathrooms, windows, blinds, etc. • Help clear snow from porches, sidewalks and parking lot. Job Requirements: • Must have own transportation • Must have valid drivers license • Must have a good attitude and the ability to listen to and follow instructions.
