For more information about Olen, visit our website at www.olenproperties.com Duties: • Repair or replace locking doorknobs • Touch-up painting • Sweep up and clean • Replace broken ceiling tiles • Small building repair work • Minor plumbing Technical Prerequisites: • Experienced in light construction including drywall repair, ceiling repair, electrical, painting, plumbing etc. • Must have own vehicle and small tools • Team player attitude • Ability to work with small hand tools • Problem solving ability • Time management skills Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Clean driving record with current valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance.
