Developer with multiple properties is in search for a qualified and experienced Property Maintenance Manager. This candidate must be able to handle all service calls that consist of electrical, plumbing, hvac, and carpentry needs. He/she must be able to switch out a light fixture, install a new toilet or hot water heater, change a filter at a furnace, install a new lock, and so much more. This candidate must be mobile, able to travel to our south side properties and west side properties. Must have tools needed, and must be professional. This candidate MUST have a clean background, must be drug and alcohol free, and must be clean cut, able to go in our tenant’s units representing our company.
