Need a small water heater replaced

I have a 30 gallon water heater under a crawl space that needs replaced. It's at the front of the crawl space and there is enough room to easily move one out and move one in. I have the water heater and the pan. Just need someone who knows how to remove and replace. Please text only as I don't pick up phone calls from numbers I don't recognize because of spam calls.
