Seeking mechanic - need new starter and autobody

I believe I need a new starter put in my 2010 Subaru Outback 2.5L Manual vehcile. I am in NE near Alberta District. I just had a new battery put in yesterday, and when I turn the ignition, it clicks and won't start. On another note, looking for someone to also go with me to a Pick and Pull to find replacement panels for my Subaru and install them - I am looking for a couple side panels, hood, front light glass casing and side mirror casing.
