Total Cables = 30 APs = 12 MG21 & 1800 = 2 HUBS = 16 Techs will perform following: Trips 1 & 2 - Phase 1 - Day: 1. Stage new rack with ISR and MG21 Cellular Gateway, verify connectivity with Presidio and leave active until conversion. 2. Install a minimum of (5) CAT6 cables. Totals will be indicated on the work order base on AP count, and HUB removal lines required. 3. Install Patch panel, wall bracket, Wire Managemnt, All WAP's & poles, (1) Network Sensor. Test and label new cabling including HUB cabling. 4. Charge lift and move remaining equipment to a BOM approved location prior to conversion night. Trip 3 - Phase 2 - 4PM START: 1. Working with NOC cutover to new network equip a. Relo data & electric from old rack to new b. Execute UAT Procedure/Test c. Capture deliverables, sign off with local tech resource d. Relo old rack to shipping dock Trip 4 - Phase 3 - Day 1. Complete TTU Multiple other projects as well
