Starts Wednesday, March 17th (Wednesdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for 6 weeks) Starts Wednesday, March 17th (Wednesdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for 6 weeks) Learn various centering solutions and throwing techniques on the wheel. We will start with pulling up a cylinder for a vase the first week, add a handle for a mug the second week and cover lids the third week. From there we will go on to throw bowls and pitchers, and glaze our finished pots. Come share a wheel with a friend (to be!) and explore the amazing world of wheel throwing. For beginner and intermediate level students. Non-members: $195 for 6 weeks. Members: $156. Fee does not include materials. Clay will be three dollars a pound which covers glazing and firing costs.
