We are an indoor tier 2 and we focus on having a happy healthy working environment and producing outstanding products. We are hiring a new preroller/packager because the person currently in this position is being promoted. We always hire within, and this position can be a great stepping stone into the industry if you do great work! Pay starts at $16, but people to work hard for us are rewarded well. Job Description: -Using a Joint-rolling machine to roll prerolls from our outstanding flower, then packaging them and getting them ready for sale. -Tracking your speed and constantly innovating to improve product quality and speed of production -Some helping with other teams here at koru (help harvesting, deleafing etc). The best candidate will: -Be a good self-starter who can work without tons of direction or management (micro-management is not our style) -Have a marijuana handlers permit -Come with a great, humble attitude and be a good listener. -Be able to work full days at a fairly repetitive task -Experience trimming or joint-rolling helpful but not required.
