Ivanka, Bill Barr, Lindsey Graham, Mitch McConnell, and Mike Pence all know that Trump lost. Also, Texas didn't pass a measure. The Texas GOP adopted that stance as part of their platform, along with a lot of other bat-shit-crazy stuff.
