The Housekeeper Supervisor will work independently & together as a team with current housekeeping staff and property caretakers to impeccably maintain multiple residences around the Bay Area. This position’s main objective is to ensure the properties are cleaned thoroughly and that the principals’ preferences are managed on a consistent basis. This is a working position. Responsibilities include scheduling cleaning service shifts, and organizing work assignments, supervising housekeeping staff and vendors in the completion of their assigned tasks, maintaining housekeeping protocols and standards, training and motivating team members, and monitoring household inventory and housekeeping supplies. Must be proficient in English. -Full-time, live-out position -Monday – Friday: occasional weekends -General schedule 8:00 am – 5:00 pm: some flexibility is required -Open to local Bay area candidates -Candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle for work use -Immediate start date -$45-$50 per hour with excellent fully paid benefits
