Cobabe Brothers Plumbing is actively hiring for journey-level plumbers on a project located in Redding, CA. Applicants must have verifiable experience in the plumbing trade. Project is a multi-story, senior apartment community. Applicants must have a minimum 3-5 years experience in the trade. Project is expected to last up to 12 months. Local applicants are encouraged to apply and will be given highest priority. We are also hiring an onsite working foreman. Applicants must have extensive experience in the plumbing trade and a minimum of 3-5 years experience running crews. Ability to read and interpret plans and specs is a must. Ability to communicate is critical. Experience working on prevailing wage projects is a plus. Minimum Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years verifiable experience in the plumbing trade • Experience on commercial and/or residential projects; multi-family units • Must have reliable transportation to and from work and own basic hand tools • Must be reliable, responsible, and ready to work • Good communication and ability to take direction a must Cobabe Brothers Plumbing is a drug-free employer. Pre-employment drug screening will be required. Compensation: Hourly prevailing wages based on Shasta County wage determination(s).
