Who doesn't love coffee and getting an early workout in? We have partnered with Grounds of Grace to bring you some socially distanced fun!
Again Faster athlete and CrossFit Games competitor, Brooke Haas will be leading us in a round robin style workout at the beach with an assortment of Again Faster Equipment. Anyone can show up and we will have options to modify/scale any of the movements. Below you can see the workout as we currently have it planned:
15 Minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible) w/ a partner with 3 minutes per station
Station 1:
(20) Push-ups
(21) Air Squats
Station 2:
(20) KB Swings
(21) KB Goblet Squats
Station 3:
(20) DB Thrusters
(21) DB Lunges
Station 4:
(20) Ground to shoulder with Slam Ball
(21) Burpees
Station 5:
(20) Medball Sit-ups
(21) Second plank hold
