Looking for a temporary home

I recently lost my apartment and I'm staying with family. Unfortunately they're not dog friendly and I refuse to give up my dog permanently. I just need a month or two to get on my feet and into a new home to bring him to. He's 40-50lbs, very sweet. He's had some skin issues due to a flea allergy but we fortunately got rid of them and He's starting to heal up. All I'm asking is a brief time where I know he's ok and I can sort things out for us
