Foster dog needs forever home

This is Cowboy. He is super sweet and very well behaved. We are not sure of his breed. All he wants is to be pet and loved. We found him in the street in December 2021. We took him to the Lawrence Humane Society and they said that his owners had surrendered him that day but they were out of county so the humane society could not take him. When they turned him away his previous owners dumped him on the street. When we took him to the humane society they claimed he would not be adopted soon enough so they would have to euthanize him in 10 days. We couldn’t send him there to die so we have been fostering him since! He has not been to the vet/neutered. He is such a sweet boy and gets along great with our dog, we just can’t have 2 dogs when we move. We are moving July 15 so he needs to be rehomed by then.
