4th of July - BEER Spring Training Seat Vendor (Hawker) (Goodyear) Concession company seeking Vendors to sell beer on the field and in the stands during the 4th of July event at Goodyear Ballpark. This is for the Star Spangled 4th at Goodyear Ballpark on July 4th, 2022 from 6p - 9:15p Goodyear, AZ Location: 1933 S Ballpark Way Goodyear, AZ 85338 SEAT VENDOR/HAWKER Commission Based - Commission Varies with items sold + TIPS. The more you sell the greater the percentage. The Tips are the best part of the income. Concession company seeking seat vendors to sell - kettle corn, cotton candy, lemonade, and churros OR - Beer There is no buy-in. No experience needed, will train. Job Description: Merchandise retailer hawker must be able to work in a DIVERSE, HIGH VOLUME, AND FAST PACE ENVIRONMENT. This individual walks the stands and field while carrying product and sells to patrons in their seats and on the field. Experience and Requirements: - Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift at least 50 lbs., and be able to twist and bend comfortably. - Prior retail sales experience at a stadium or arena a plus but not required. - Be able to understand the basics of inventory management. - Flexible with hours and availability; including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Ability to interact with different individuals; both co-workers and guests. - Must be at least 19 or over to sell beer. Responsibilities: - Organization of inventory - Must be able to work independently - Work long hours during and walk up and down stairs - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Be vocal, outgoing, friendly Expectations: - Provide 100% customer service at all times. - Perform all responsibilities in a professional manner - Display a positive attitude - Respect customers and fellow employees - Be on time to work - Be ready to work at all times
