Premier Materials Group LLC is currently seeking either a loader operator, or an operator for their Wash Plant or Crusher. The loader operators responsibilities would consist of feeding the crusher and or wash plant, maintaining the roads and areas around the plants, and properly caring for the equipment. Loader operators can also expect to assist in some aspects of maintenance both on the loader and material processing plants. A plant operator would be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and regulating the efficiency of a variety of systems related to the processing of sand and gravel. The ideal candidate has maintenance experience, an understanding of how these plants work, and the drive to produce safely and efficiently. As a small operation, our operators can plan on being trained in every aspect of the business as we help to develop them and our company. We are currently seeking an operator at our Goodyear location, but soon will be expanding to other parts of the valley. Responsibilities: Pre/Post shift inspections on heavy equipment/plants. Maintain plant equipment in functional order. Monitor plant operations for any abnormalities and report to appropriate personnel. Respond to emergencies as necessary or requested. Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as required by schedule. Ensure that the site is in compliance with all applicable regulations. Maintain a safe workplace safe working habits and perform tasks safely.
