The perfect summer job! This is a temporary position for 2-3 months and an opportunity to work for a Fortune Magazine Best Places to Work Required skills/abilities: Basic hand and power tool skills Broad handyperson experience Able to lift 50lbs Able to work outdoors Able to work from ladders and/or personnel lifts Able to read and write in English Basic computer skills including filling out electronic forms and email Valid driver’s license Able to work independently or within a team Ability to follow instructions Attention to detail and pride in how our Facilities look • Types of work: (includes but not limited to) Indoor ▪ General maintenance • Installation/ removal of dry erase boards • Room moves/ set-ups • Area clean-up / organization • Water filter changes • Cove base replacement/ repairs • Ice maker cleaning • Change light bulbs • Touch up paint • Re-caulk bathrooms • Replace aerators Outdoors (includes but not limited to) • Grounds cleanup • Outdoor equipment repairs • Painting • Other preferred skills/abilities • Available to work occasional weekend hours if needed • Organizing skills • Spreadsheet experience helpful
