The office is open 7am to 4pm. Applicants must have better than average mechanical and math skills. We have part-time and full time Monday through Friday positions available. We are looking for applicants who want to learn how to inject foam, spray foam or learn to sell foam. Paid training is available if applicants agree to a non-compete agreement. We are looking for applicants who are seeking to develop into long-term employees. The pay structure can be matched with the applicant's abilities and work ethic. We only list the starting pay rate within this advertisement. We are looking for applicants who wish to advance and grow within our company. This position rewards people who can think and process information quickly. You need the ability to follow detailed instructions, to work steady and methodical pace. Applicant must have reliable transportation to our office, a valid Drivers License and cell phone. Company supplies all necessary equipment and tools for this position. This position requires the ability to receive, deliver and handle small quantities of building materials and also requires the ability to work from ladders and scaffolding. Applicants must be able to send and receive text messages and email messages and use a smart device to access electronic documents and software. Applicants must be comfortable and physically able to work in attics and crawl spaces. Flexible vacation, holiday pay, and sick leave benefits can become available after 6 months full-time service. Bonus pay is awarded after 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 18 months of full-time employment with a 95% attendance record. Bonus pay is also available for passing training tests.
