Best of all we will train you how to start your own maintenance man business and how to hire your own employees. This is an AMAZING opportunity for the right guy to start a successful business. We are looking for a stable mature individual that lives within 20 minutes of the airport and has some experience in the areas below: • Typical Handy man or maintenance man tasks. • Some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and sheet rock repair. • Some knowledge of HVAC. • Some knowledge of tile repair. You don’t need to be an expert in all the above, but you do need a basic working knowledge in some of these areas. We are also willing to train the right individual in several of these areas. You will be responsible for all sorts of home repairs, preventive maintenance, and perhaps some landscape maintenance. We need someone with good people skills and a good attitude that can work with our tenants, our leasing manager, and the property manager.
