Hi! I am new to Mesa & am looking for a part time nanny position with kids ~8yo and above. After school care, errands, homework, dance practice, occasional date nights, overnights if needed. Aiming for ~ 30hrs/wk or so. Rate negotiable. I’m a graduate from Moody Bible College (with a focus in Youth Ministry) I have been working with children for over 15+ years in settings from babysitting, nanny, being an au pair abroad, working as a camp counselor, working in children's hospitals as activity aides, extensive work with children who have disabilities, being a kinship foster parent, and most recently working as a youth ministry counselor for a nondenominational church in the Pacific Northwest. I have a strong heart for working with preteens and teens, it's such a challenging part of "growing up" & I like to be someone who can provide extra support and care to the kiddos & the whole family. I really believe it takes a village working together as a team to raise healthy happy kids. I am the type to invest my time in the kiddos I am lucky enough to watch- I like being invited to school pageants & soccer games or whatever else they are proud of- I like to be a part of the family life, not just someone counting hours for a paycheck.
