Preferred Cartage Service is currently looking for Product Protection team members to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. In this role, the successful candidate will be able to fuel refrigerated trailers and ensure the trailers temperature are maintained at all times. This position requires a great deal of walking (up to 10+ miles a day) by walking the yards to ensure all trailers are maintained. Able to operate computer tablet 2. Walk around and complete yard checks on JBS lots 3. Be able to drive a fuel truck and fuel refrigerator units on the trailer Job Skill Requirements and Qualifications 1. Must be at least 18 years of age 2. Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR 3. Willing to work as needed to get the job done 4. Must be a team player and work with minimal supervision 5. Customer service and detail oriented 6. Attention to detail 7. Physical stamina, will require a great deal of walking 8. Read, write and communicate in English effectively 9. Working environment will be wet/damp, noisy, hot/cold and dusty 10.
