We are seeking a fulltime maintenance technician for a large apartment community in West Ashley. We are currently under exterior and interior renovations and are looking for a team player to join our growing team. Duties would include: apartment turns, grounds, pool maintenance, service requests, and any other duties assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
