Bed & Breakfast seeking experienced dependable skilled professional detail-oriented person with the dedication to do it right. Come weekly at same weekday and time for 2 hours each week to maintain our small pool, spa and pool deck and all related equipment and areas inside small pool enclosure in clean, healthy, safe and proper manner. This position is NOT a 15-minute stop by, vacuum pool, add chemicals and go, which of course doesn’t yield a quality level of service for pool area. Maintain Accurate Pool Logs & Records: Update Logs Each Visit Noting All Pool Operations, Surfaces, Furniture, Planting Areas, Equipment, Griddle Maintain Water Quality: Test & Adjust Pool Chemicals Accordingly Including Weekly Shocking To Maintain Proper Water: Quality Safety, Health, Sanitization, Balance, Algae-Free And Clarity. Maintain Pool, Spa, Filter Equipment: Inspect All Pool, Spa, Filter Equipment And Finishes Scrub Pool Tile & Stone Coping Scrub & Apply Metal Cleaner To Pool & Spa Railings: Confirm Clean, Safe, Secure & Rust Free Make Sure All Pool Areas And Equipment Being Maintained Properly & Safely Immediately Report And Log Any Issue Needing Attention (Health, Safety, Maintenance, Replacement, Etc.) Clean Pool, Spa & Filter Skim Pool & Spa Surface Removing Leaves And Surface Debris From Pool And Spa Surfaces. Brush Walls, Tile, Stone Coping, Glass Block, Waterline And Steps. Manually Vacuum Pool & Spa And Inspect And Clean Automatic Pool Cleaner. Remove Pump & Skimmer Baskets Empty & Clean. Service DE Filter Clean, Backwash And Complete Media Replacement. Maintain Pool Enclosure: Hose Spray Screen Enclosure To Remove Debris On Screen Enclosure Sides, Roof & Gable Ends Maintain Pool Deck: Remove Debris & Hose Down Pool Deck Note Any Loose Or Missing Stones Or Grout Maintain Pool Furniture: Arrange & Clean All Pool Furniture And Equipment Note Any Damaged, Loose Or Missing Furniture Maintain Planting Areas: Refresh Plants & Planting Areas Inside Pool Enclosure (Check Soil For Proper Irrigation & Drainage, Supply Plant Food, Remove Dead Leaves, Clean Up Any Dirt Around Maintain Fire Features: Check & Replace Gas Canisters In Fire Features Around Pool Area Maintain Griddle: Scrub & Clean Griddle Top Apply Metal Cleaner To Entire Unit Confirm Clean, Safe, Secure & Rust Free Make Sure Griddle And Equipment Being Maintained Properly & Safely Immediately Report And Log Any Issue Needing Attention (Health, Safety, Maintenance, Replacement, Etc.)
