Residential Re-paint company looking for a few great people. -LEAD PAINTER (crew leader) 25$ hr and up -PAINTER (can cut, roll, prep, produce quality work somewhat on their own) 21$ hr to start can quickly get pay raise There is opportunity for pay raises and cash bonuses to hard working individuals -Paid for lunch break each day (thats roughly $2,500 per year) -Paid for drive time, too and from Jobsites -4 10 hr days MON-THURS (7:30-5:30) FRIDAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OFF EVERY WEEK can work fridays if you want usually. If we work past 40 hours, which happens, you get time and a half like you are legally supposed to. If your boss is giving you cash or just straight time after 40 hrs they are taking advantage of you. -Time and a half after 40 hours -An owner that WANTS success for employees and works hands on with you to teach you the craft of painting. Your hard work is greatly valued by this company. I believe there are many "great people" in the workforce and would love to have a few on my team! MUST HAVE -Verifiable experience working for a professional painting company. -Reliable Transportation and somewhat clean DL to get to jobsites or meeting place in the morning (lead painter, work van to take home after probationary period) -A clean background check.
