Compensation: $15-$17(depending on experience) Typical schedule will be Monday – Thursday 6A-4:30P with Friday – Sunday OFF You will receive a $500 sign on Bonus after successfully completing your 90 Day Probationary Period. Primary Responsibilities: Operate landscape tools and equipment including mowers, edgers, weed eaters, blowers, aerators, chain saws, etc. Mow lawns, trim, and edge around walks, beds, walls, etc. Prune shrubs and trees according to industry standard practices to promote plant health and nice appearance. Remove leaves, branches, and other debris using a rake, broom, and blower. Maintain flower beds. Plant flowers, shrubs, sod, and trees as requested. Maintain health and appearance of landscaping with proper fertilization and pest control methods. Pull weeds by hand. Minimum Requirements: 2 years related experience performing high quality landscape maintenance. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, climb, and assist in safely lifting up to 50 pounds of material. Must be in good physical condition and able to work outdoors in all types of weather common in Central Florida including extreme heat and humidity.
