Various Janitorial Positions Open with the typical work week consisting of: -Monday - Friday 8P-4A, OFF Saturday and Sunday FT -Monday - Friday 5A-1:30P, OFF Saturday and Sunday FT -Saturday - Wednesday 6:30A-3P, OFF Thursday and Friday FT -Thursday - Saturday 6P-11P and Sunday 5P-10P, off Monday - Wednesday PT -Thursday - Friday 4P-12A, Saturday 10A-12P and Sunday 11A-10P, OFF Monday - Wednesday -Thursday - Monday 12P-9P with Friday and Saturday OFF (must be flexible as schedule changes depending on client needs) up to 9pm. OFF Tuesday and Wednesday. -Monday and Wednesday 8A-3P, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8A-6P, OFF Saturday and Sunday -Monday - Friday 7A-4P, OFF Saturday and Sunday -Monday - Friday 1P-8P, OFF Saturday and Sunday -Thursday - Monday 10A-7P, OFF Tuesday and Wednesday -Tuesday - Saturday 7A-4P, OFF Sunday and Monday -Wednesday-Saturday 12P-9P, OFF Monday and Tuesday Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness of parking garage and surrounding areas - Blow leaves and debris with blower - Empty trash cans - Identify areas that need power washing. - Ensure all common areas are well maintained, clean and inviting for patrons - Maintain clean, safe work environment - Power wash to remove stains and gum from sidewalks and parking garage - Adhere to all sanitation guidelines - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Demonstrate a good attitude with pride in your work - Fast worker showing initiative and follow through - Bilingual (English-Spanish) highly preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and handling of cleaning supplies - Must be able to stoop, stand, bend, walk and other movements needed for cleaning up to 8 hours - Available to work flexible schedule - Available to work overtime or weekends if needed - Need to be able to start work immediately CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED: - Must have previous janitorial experience - Must have a clean background check - Must have a valid driver's license and some positions will require being insurable by our carrier - Must have a keen eye for details - Must be very organized and able to follow a routine that provides regular daily inspection and clean assigned areas - Must have a friendly personality and willing to accommodate others - Must have reliable transportation
