Seeking a landscape gardener to maintain the grounds. The job consists of planting, deadheading, pruning, hedging, and mowing. Person needs to be self-motivated with an eye for detail. Experience with irrigation systems a plus.
Physical Demand and Work Environment:
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. to shoulder height repetitively.
Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions on a daily basis
May need to use some protective equipment, such as gloves, earplugs, eye guards/visor.
Often required to get dirty and/or work in a dirty environment.
Normal vision and hearing ranges required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to speak, write and read English.
