We are renovating a couple of custom designed vintage campers, and we are almost finished. The campers are fully functioning but need a little TLC and the finishing touches. We are seeking a handyman to live in our huge 5th wheel in exchange for part-time handyman work. It's okay to have a full time job. We need someone who knows a little bit of everything, someone who can "McGyver," and someone who can find solutions. Personality is just as important as skill. We hope to find an easy-going, skilled, productive worker who is a good fit for our little community. We are converting our backyard into a little "hippie haven." We are 420 friendly, but that's it: no heavy drugs, it is a wholesome environment. We have a lovely, small home home (near 9th and Fairfield) with several campers in the back. There is washer/dryer on the premises. The photos show the other campers in the back - it's a work in progress. We don't have any renters while we are renovating.
