Come sisters, come women of all walks. Let’s gather in circle, where we will support and hold one another, share our voices and our truths and show up for ourselves and one another. If you are ready to create connections based on deep understanding, love and transformation, then we welcome you with open arms. We will use embodiment practices, meditation, deep listening and subconscious reprogramming as ways to bring you home to your truth, your heart center and the highest and best version of you. At each circle, we’ll be offering some of our favorite tools and techniques for expansion, growth, and transformation. We are so excited to hold space, ceremony and ritual as we dive into the magic of women gathering and uplifting one another. PLEASE BRING: Reusable tea or coffee cup Journal and pen A cushion or yoga mat to sit on A friend or two An open mind and heart Anything else to feel comfortable Time>> 5:30pm sharp - 7pm, with a soft close for deeper connection - we STRONGLY encourage meeting each other and chatting; community is the intent here **Honoring the sacred container - please make sure to arrive on time and be ready for ceremony.** Suggested Energy Exchange>> Our June 20th and June 27th circles will be at no charge to you, we just ask that you change your RSVP if you are not able to attend.
