Jimmy Longbottom of The Longbottom Bird Ranch will be there from 11am-3pm with a kiddie pool of his duckies! Stop on by to learn about the endlessly fascinating world of ducks and animals! VERY kid friendly! Since 2019, The Longbottom Bird Ranch have been raising birds for eggs in the greater Cincinnati area. Their primary purpose is to educate and introduce people to the world of ducks and the benefits of duck eggs. All of their birds live on a large green pasture just outside of Cincinnati. They stay in “tractors” that are moved onto fresh grass everyday. For most of their day the ducks roam free outside of their tractor foraging, swimming and sleeping in the shade. If you want to see the operation in action, visit them at Oakley Kitchen of July 10th! While enjoying the duckies taking a swim, come join us for Oakley Kitchen Food Hall’s Summer Market the same day from 10am-4pm. The Summer Market will take place at our upstairs hall where local vendors within our community will be selling their locally-created products!
