Description

This Saturday, come eat chocolate. This Monster Pairing Chocolate class will featuring pairings from local and area farmers and makers, including Mission of Mary Cooperative, Daybreak Rooftop Garden, The Rhined. This pairing class is a continuation of our Chocolate Tasting series and so you can expect to learn more about craft chocolate and origins while we experiment with a variety of out of the box flavor combinations. Class will include 5 Monster Pairings, 3 additional chocolate samples, flavor tasting wheel, palate cleanse, and instruction. Bars will be available for purchase on site.
