German Shepherd... Lady needs a good home

This is Lady. I took her away from a neighbor, where she wasn't being taken care of. She was living in their backyard on an 8-foot line, with no protection from the sun, and no attention from her people. When I got her she was severely underweight, dehydrated, had infections in both ears, and was covered in fleas and ticks. The black-and-white picture shows the shape she was in when she came to me. I think she's around 4 years old. She's very sweet, and not aggressive at all. She's good with kids, guests, and other dogs. She loves love. I've been taking care of her for about a year, and it's been my plan to find her a good home. I've thought about keeping her, but I already have two other dogs, and she deserves to be somebody's #1. I'd like to see her go to a good family, or a single person with plenty of time and attention to give to her. And a good yard for her to patrol.
