Our Summer Series, All About the Numbers, really goes through the life cycle of your business. July 7th will be about Scaling. Scaling is all about setting the stage for your business to grow, expand and thrive! The problem usually resides in that most business owners are so consumed with the day to day runnings of their business that they find it difficult to look up and realize they are ready to expand. What a lot of owners struggle with, is the idea of trading hours for dollars. At some point you will max out or burn out. So what happens then? How can you work smarter, not harder, and what steps do you take when you are ready for that expansion? Some of the questions you my find yourself asking are: Is it time to hire? What additional revenue streams can I look at for an increase in revenue production? Is it time to increase pricing of services? What does it mean or look like to scale my business?
