The purpose of this workshop is to empower women to take charge of both their physical and mental health. We feel our best when we are healthy in mind, body and spirit. This is your opportunity to practice taking time out from the day to take care of yourself. A “sampler” of tools for self-care will be offered in this workshop. We will practice simple breathing exercises, mindfulness, movement, journaling, and other activities. Receive the deep nurturing that we all need in a supportive environment with other women. No experience necessary
