Tapas and Wine Tasting is the first installment in our Food & Culture Series. Each participant will have his/her own self-top stove, cutting board, and access to the finest and freshest ingredients.
Chef Dom Tardy will show participants how to skillfully blend ingredients together to create flavorful culinary delights. Hands-on and inspirational, this culinary experience will provide participants with the know-how to make fresh tapas at home.
Whether it is an intimate dinner party for a few friends or a backyard gathering for your entire family, you'll leave this event with the ability to wow your guests!
Each tapas will be paired with a house wine from Cultured Urban Winery.

About Chef Domonic Tardy: Chef Domonic Tardy, who goes by Chef Dom, currently serves as the Regional Chef Representative at Sullivan University. Aside from having numerous national certifications, he has also competed in many competitions on TV. He even opened a restaurant with Chef Gordon Ramsey.
Chef Dom has worked for Jean-Philippe Maury-Bellagio at numerous elite hotels and resorts in Las Vegas, and as an executive pastry chef with STARR Restaurant Group. Most recently, he debuted on Disney+ Foodtastic which is a cooking competition where chefs recreate iconic Disney themes and larger-than-life sculptures, all from food.
