The Northern Tier Center for Health (NOTCH) will host the Healthy for Life® Experience, Sauté, Simmer & Steam, an evidence-based nutrition educational experience developed by the American Heart Association in collaboration with Aramark to improve community health through better nutrition. Take your cooking skills to the next level by learning healthy cooking techniques including sautéing, simmering and steaming foods. Learn about food safety and kitchen equipment facts as you explore and taste what healthy food can do for you and your health! Part 4 in a 6-Week Series.
