We're flipping properties in the Phoenix area, and we're looking for someone to bring on as a foreman trainee. The qualities we're looking for are: - No prior experience required, though having done some home DIY would be a plus. - Comfortable working with power tools (though not necessarily much experience). - Willingness to learn and work hard. - Good work ethic (shows up on time, consistency, keeps commitments). - Reliable transportation (to get to the work site, we have work vehicles once on the job). This is a full-time salaried position. Responsibilities will include (all of which will be taught with ongoing guidance): - Learning and engaging in various aspects of home remodeling. - Hiring a crew to work the project. - Managing the crew to make sure they're on track day-to-day and working at a proper pace. - Track company assets, such as power tools and supplies. This is a full-time, salaried, W-2 position.
