Mike, our winemaker, worked with Rig A Tony's chefs to come up with a great tasting menu for this event. The dinner will come with a flight of six 2 oz pours of the matched wines. Additional wine, local beer, and wine cocktails will be available for purchase. Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, & Pesto(nut free) paired with our Firefly estate sparkling white wine. Eggplant Caponata Garlicky Crostini paired with our Brianna estate white dry wine. Chicken Piccata paired with our newly bottled China Girl rosé wine. Blackened Tuna Sashimi with Sesame Vinaigrette paired with our GSM dry red blend wine. Boneless short rib and potato paired with our Captain’s Blend dry red blend wine. Cannoli Parfait paired with our Adult Juice Box sweet white wine.
