This class dissects both fundamentals and advanced topics, giving you the tools and knowledge necessary to master your craft. We will discuss everything from knowing the base and what makes a level to advanced to blonding creme uses and advanced gray coverage. Attendees will earn 3 Illinois CEU's upon completion of this course. Arriving late or leaving early may result in forfeiture of CE hours.
