Proceeds will benefit the Grooming Greatness Foundation’s mission to educate, enrich and empower youth from underserved communities through exposure to When: June 24, 2022 Time: Doors Open 6pm Contribution: $50 Premium Seating & $20 General Admission Attire: Wear your favorite ethnic inspired fashion designs Here is what you can expect: 6pm- Mingle, visit with four emerging artists in the exhibition in Studio 229 on Brevard; step into the Gallery at the Brooklyn Collective to visit our newest exhibit “Resilience” which shines a positive light on the impact of immigrants on our country; Enjoy the cultural cusine options of IMO caterers. 7pm - Curtain Goes Up for an exquisite fashion experience. Your Mistress of Ceremonies is Monique Douglas and Event Coordinator extraordinaire Dasia Hood. Our fashion show curator is the iconic Jennifer Michelle. Enjoy the cultural flare of local designers on the runway, accompanied by the mixing talents of Charlotte’s own DJ06. Opening up the evening will be the elegance of Indian dancers under the choreography of Shefalee Amin Patel and look out for the African drumming & dance vibes of Kojo Bey and his performers with Drums4Life. 8:00pm Hang out and jam the night away with the Kevin Jones Experience and their Latino Vibes while continuing to visit the artists exhibits and taking advantage of internationally inspired cusine by our Chef and adult sips all available for purchase. More importantly immerse yourself in meeting individuals like yourself from diverse backgrounds and remember that it is our cultures that create the beauty of our community.
