Description

Welcome to the first Voice Of The Village Earth Walk! Through togetherness, we will heal our hearts, heal each other, and heal the Earth. Date: Tuesday July 12 Time: 1-2:30 pm Meeting Place: Alvarado Park (not the staging area-see photo in link) 5755 McBryde Ave, Richmond Ca, 94805 Here is a link to what the meeting area looks like, cut and paste: https://images.app.goo.gl/XH9A87C2FtZCbWT3A This is an intentional community walk, where we we will meet as a group at the entrance to Alvarado Park, form a coherent group energy through a brief grounding meditation, then begin our Earth walk where we will stop and make offerings of thanks and blessings to Gaia along the way. These offerings can be herbs, tea, flowers, or other biodegradable items that are not large pieces of food (I'm thinking small nuts and seeds might be ok, or something like that). This first part of the walk is incredibly enchanted, with amazing fairy and elemental energy running through the trees, woods and the creek. Plan to hug a lot of trees and kiss the Earth as we go along! We will then stop at an open space area to sit in ceremony together. Here we will share a bit about ourselves and then run healing energy medicine on the Earth and all her creatures, led by me. Afterwards we will head back to where we started. We can socially distance as people are comfortable. This is not a long walk distance wise. Not more than 1 mile to 1.5 mile total. My vision is to bring us together in community for the purpose of healing the planet and each other, to explore what it means to live in right relationship with the Earth, and of course, to make new friends! This is meant to be a gathering for those that are interested in building community and doing group energy healing work on the Earth. This is not meant to be a place of deep political discussion or debate, although topics may include climate change, climate justice, civil rights, social justice, green living, re-villaging-belonging. There will also be a Spiritual-Divine element, as I am a Priestess in service to our Mother Earth and the Divine. All denominations and spiritual backgrounds welcome. All genders are welcome, and children who are old enough to participate. Vaxxed or unvaxxed welcome, just please do not pry into peoples personal choices or pass judgment. Masking is optional. We will socially distance as people are comfortable. This is meant to be an inclusive space for all. Please do not come with any illness symptoms. Please no dogs or animals. What To Bring: A hat Water Bottle Offerings to the Earth A small towel or blanket to sit on A small altar item (optional) I hope to see you there!
