Maintenance Tech/Assistant Manager - Mobilehome Community (Blossom Hill) compensation: $17-$20 DOE employment type: Full-Time Maintenance Tech / Handyman: will work under the direction of the Property Manager. We're looking for applicants with experience in completing minor utility repairs, landscaping, carpentry and plumbing. Must have maintain a valid CADL, must be bondable. Duties include: Minor construction and framing, repairs to utility infrastructure, meter reading, common area landscaping, cleaning and debris removal. Able to lift 80lbs (a bag of concrete) Must be punctual, honest and maintain a positive working attitude and professional work ethic; we operate in front of tenants and owners. Good, clear communication is a must. Owning a pick-up is a plus (mileage for park business will be reimbursed) This is not an entry level position, we're looking for an experienced worker; ideal candidates will possess time and task management skills and will be proactive in addressing maintenance issues as they arise.
