Responsibilities: Light electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits Light plumbing work, such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings Carpentry work, such as fitting doors, freeing windows, small patch work Replace Thermostat, reset AC breaker, change return filters Prepare Market Ready apartments, which may include prep for painting, painting, general repairs, and any necessary duties to provide our residents with that quality move in experience. Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced Reliable transportation Qualifications: Experience in a similar roles, such as residential property management, hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction will also be considered Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests Some tools needed to be successful: Cordless hand drill Basic hand tools (Screwdriver, Hammer, Measuring Tape, etc) Allen Keys / Hex Key Set Channellocks Electrical Tester Painter Paint construction residential remodeling remodel house Hotel maint facility
