Shine Facility Services is currently seeking Operations Supervisor to join our team in San Francisco and Bay Area, CA. The Ideal Candidate will possess: : • Must have a valid California Driver License • Must have Janitorial experience • Good Communication with client and employees • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish Preferred • Computer skills, able to work with computer Apps. Knowledge of: • Management skills is a must • Experience Leading work teams is a must • Using Low Speed and high speed machine • Auto scrubber, walk behind • Carpet Extraction/ upholstery • Using right chemicals • Strip and wax (VCT) • Floor auto scrubbing • Buffing, Burnishing, polishing • Carpet Cleaning, Bonnet, Extraction • Power washing, Window Cleaning Experience : • Quality Inspections • Communicate with Clients • Coordinate covering sick calls • Coordinate and supervise any pop up project or customer request • Management of operational and administrative systems • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
