Looking to form a post-punk/indie band

Looking to make indie, post-punk, maybe slightly dance-y (like early talking heads stuff that was afrobeat influenced). Having said that, I am open to different stuff in the same ballpark. Just some bands I like: Talking Heads, Arthur Russell, Tennis, Omni, Warehouse, Ariel Pink, Part Time, Black Marble, Sofie Royer, Mac DeMarco, Midnight Sister, Fela Kuti, Parquet Courts, Art Feynman, Orange Juice, other post-punk, indie, no wave, etc type stuff. About me: 31, male, lives near Lake Merritt. Generally free afternoons and weekends. Willing to share social media and stuff if we’re a musical fit! I prefer to play guitar but can play bass or keyboard if needed. If you’re interested in starting a project/band, please send a sample of your playing/singing or some or your songs.
