FOUND Deceased orange tabby cat

Sorry if this is your cat, but there is a deceased orange tabby cat on Highway 13 South on the right shoulder before the Park Blvd exit (and after the Moraga Ave/Thornhill Drive exit. This information is current as of Monday, 6/20/22, 2 pm. I will report to Caltrans. Sorry for your loss. To the person who e-mails people to retrieve animals from the highway, I will not do that as it is too dangerous, but you are welcome to do so if you wish. I will only respond to owner inquiries.
